Mobile App Setup
The LogLoon mobile app is designed for field workers to clock in, view tasks, and capture progress photos—all with minimal taps.
Download the App
The LogLoon app is available for iOS devices (iPhone and iPad).
First-Time Login
- Open the LogLoon app
- Tap Sign In
- Enter the email and password you received in your invitation email
- You’ll land on the Time Tracking screen, ready to clock in
Key Features for Field Workers
Clock In/Out
The large green Clock In button is front and center. One tap starts your day. When you’re done, tap Clock Out.
View Tasks
See all tasks assigned to you for the current project. Tap a task to mark progress or add notes.
Capture Photos
Take photos directly from the app. They’re automatically tagged with the date and time.
View Plans
Access construction drawings uploaded by your office. Pinch to zoom and swipe between sheets.
Troubleshooting
”Invalid credentials” error
Make sure you’re using the email address where you received your LogLoon invitation. If you forgot your password, use the Forgot Password link on the login screen.
App won’t open or crashes
- Make sure your iOS is up to date (iOS 18 or later required)
- Try deleting and reinstalling the app
- Contact team@logloon.com if issues persist
