Integrations

Integrations let you sync LogLoon data with your existing business systems, eliminating manual data entry.

Available Integrations

QuickBooks Online

Connecting

1. Go to Company → Integrations
2. Find QuickBooks Online
3. Click Connect
4. Sign in to your QuickBooks account
5. Authorize LogLoon access

Mapping Cost Codes

After connecting, map your LogLoon cost codes to QuickBooks service items:

1. Go to Cost Code Mapping
2. For each LogLoon cost code, select the corresponding QBO item
3. Save

Exporting Time

With the connection active:

1. Go to Time → Export
2. Select your date range
3. Choose QuickBooks Online
4. Click Export

Time entries sync to QBO as time activities.

Troubleshooting

“Token expired” error QuickBooks tokens expire after a period of inactivity. Click Reconnect to refresh.

“Employee not found” Ensure the LogLoon user’s email matches their QuickBooks employee email, or manually map users.

Sage 100 Contractor

Setup

1. Go to Company → Integrations
2. Enable Sage 100 export format
3. Map your cost codes to Sage cost codes

Export Format

Exports generate a CSV file formatted for Sage 100 import:

• Employee ID
• Job ID
• Cost Code
• Hours
• Date

Importing to Sage

1. Export from LogLoon
2. Open Sage 100 Contractor
3. Go to Payroll → Import Time
4. Select the exported file
5. Review and process

Sage 300 CRE

Similar to Sage 100, but with format variations for Sage 300’s import requirements.
