Billing

Manage your subscription from the Billing tab in Company settings. Only Admins can access this tab.

Viewing Your Plan

Go to CompanyBilling to see:

  • Current plan (Free, Pro, or Pro Unlimited)
  • Subscription status and renewal date
  • Usage statistics:
    • Users (current / limit)
    • Projects (current / limit)
    • Plan Sets (current / limit)
    • Storage (current / limit)

Upgrading

  1. Go to CompanyBilling
  2. Click Upgrade
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Enter payment information (promotion codes accepted)
  5. Complete checkout

Changes take effect immediately.

Managing Your Subscription

Click Manage Billing to open the billing portal where you can:

  • Update your payment method
  • View and download invoices
  • Change or cancel your plan

Payment Methods

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Cancellation

To cancel, click Manage Billing and select cancel subscription.

After cancellation:

  • You retain access until the end of your billing period
  • Your data is preserved for 90 days
  • You can reactivate anytime during the 90-day window
