Drag, drop, done
Tasks live on a visual Kanban board with five columns: Backlog, Ready, In Progress, Blocked, and Done. Everyone on the project — field workers, managers, admins — can create tasks, update status, and reorder within columns. Click the + in any column header to create a task right where it belongs.
Pin tasks to plan sheets
Open a plan sheet, tap the pin button, and tap where the work needs to happen. The pin is color-coded by task status — gray for backlog, blue for ready, orange for in progress, red for blocked, green for done. Your crew sees exactly where every task is on the drawings.
Track quantities, not just checkboxes
Link tasks to cost codes and set budgeted quantities (e.g., 500 SF of drywall). As crews update installed quantities in the field, progress rolls up automatically. When you mark a task as Done, the installed quantity auto-fills to match the budget. No manual percent-complete entry needed.
