The Workforce page displays a horizontal timeline showing assignments across a 2-week or month view. Switch between a Projects view (who's on each project) or a People view (where each person is assigned). Navigate with arrows, jump to today, or expand to full width for the big picture.
Create assignments in seconds
Click a cell in the timeline or tap New Assignment. Pick the crew member, the project, the date range, and whether it's a full day, AM, or PM shift. Set a default cost code so clock-in is one tap. When you assign someone to a project, they're automatically added to that project's team.
Catch double-bookings before they happen
LogLoon flags when a crew member is scheduled for overlapping projects. Warnings appear at the top of the page so you can resolve conflicts immediately. AM/PM split shifts across different projects are allowed — LogLoon is smart enough to know the difference.
