Track hours against budgets by cost code
Set budgeted labor hours for each cost code on a project. When crew members clock in and select a cost code, their approved hours count toward progress automatically. If you budgeted 100 hours for Electrical and your crew has logged 45 approved hours, you see "45 / 100 hrs (45%)" — no manual entry needed.
Track installed quantities from tasks
Link tasks to cost codes and set budgeted quantities — 500 SF of drywall, 200 LF of conduit, whatever your scope requires. As crews update installed quantities, all tasks for a cost code are summed together. Three drywall tasks totaling 600 SF budgeted with 350 SF installed shows "350 / 600 SF (58%)".
