Upload a PDF, get individual sheets
Upload a plan set PDF (up to 100MB, 150 pages) and LogLoon extracts each page as a separate sheet. It detects the sheet number, identifies the sheet name, generates thumbnails for browsing, and creates high-resolution images for detail viewing. A 50-page plan set processes in 1-2 minutes. Review the results and confirm — you can edit any incorrect detections before publishing to your team.
Upload revisions, keep the history
When plans get updated, upload the revised PDF. LogLoon detects sheets with matching numbers and marks them as the current revision — Rev 1, Rev 2, and so on. Previous versions are preserved so you can always reference what changed. The sheet list always shows the latest version.
Pin tasks to exact locations on drawings
Open a plan sheet, tap the pin button, and tap the location where work needs to happen. Pins are color-coded by task status: gray for backlog, blue for ready, orange for in progress, red for blocked, green for done. The sheet list shows pin counts so you can quickly find sheets with active work. Tap any pin to view the task details.
