Get Started FreeProblems LogLoon photos & files solves
Photos scattered across phones
Progress photos live in a dozen camera rolls with no labels. LogLoon captures photos directly to the project — tagged with date, user, and source. Filter by uploads, daily reports, or task comments.
Can't find project documents
Specs, contracts, permits, and submittals buried in email threads. Upload PDFs to the project Files tab and your whole team can access them from the web or mobile app.
Reports without visual proof
Every report type — Daily, Progress, and Task — can include up to 10 photos. Pull from the camera, photo library, or existing project photos to document work visually.

Take multiple photos, choose where they go
The mobile app provides a batch capture mode with a live camera preview. Take as many photos as you need, review them, add descriptions, then choose: save to the project gallery, create a new task with the photos attached, or add them to an existing task as a comment. You can also select from your device's photo library.
Every photo tagged and filterable
Photos are automatically tagged with the date, time, uploader, and source type. On the web, a responsive grid displays all project photos with filter tabs — All Photos, Uploaded, Daily Reports, and Task Comments. Click any photo to open a lightbox with full-size viewing, arrow navigation, and the option to edit descriptions.
Specs, contracts, and submittals in one place
Upload PDF documents to the project Files tab — specs, contracts, permits, submittals, shop drawings, whatever your team needs. Files are available immediately to your whole team on web and mobile with a built-in PDF viewer, share functionality, and offline download. For multi-page plan sets with sheet drawings, use the dedicated Plans feature instead.
