Welcome to LogLoon. By accessing or using our mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading, or using LogLoon, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

LogLoon is a construction time tracking and project management application that allows you to:

• Track time with clock in/out functionality
• Monitor project progress
• Generate daily and progress reports
• Document projects with photos
• Manage team members and permissions
• Export data in various formats

3. Account Registration

To use LogLoon, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Plans

Free Plan:

• 1 active project
• Unlimited users
• Limited reports and exports
• 250MB storage

Pro Plan ($49/month):

• Unlimited projects
• Unlimited users
• Unlimited reports and exports
• Unlimited storage

Billing Terms:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months or unused service
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Not upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Not attempt to access unauthorized areas of the service
• Not interfere with or disrupt the service
• Not use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Not share your account with unauthorized users
• Maintain accurate time tracking records

6. Intellectual Property

Our Rights: LogLoon, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload (time records, photos, notes, etc.). By using LogLoon, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service.

License to Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LogLoon for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of LogLoon is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your data as described in that policy. You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of data you enter
• Backing up critical information
• Complying with applicable data protection laws
• Obtaining necessary consents from team members

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• That the service will meet all your requirements
• That data will never be lost (maintain your own backups)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay required fees
• Use the service in a way that harms us or other users

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use LogLoon ceases. Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy (typically within 30 days).

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• LogLoon is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim
• We are not responsible for third-party services (Firebase, payment processors, etc.)
• We are not liable for data loss, business interruption, or lost profits

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LogLoon from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you upload or share

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiations first
• Binding arbitration if negotiations fail
• Individual claims only (no class actions)

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via:

• Email notification
• In-app notification
• Updated "Last Updated" date on this page

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws when using LogLoon.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LogLoon regarding the service.
